For most of the forms requiring "filling in" all you need to do is print out the blank form, fill it in and post it to the Secretary with the appropriate funds (where required).

Foal Registration Forms: Please apply to the office for paper registration forms - these are scanned into the passport document so need to be of good quality and the correct size, which may not happen if downloaded from this site.
