Re International Sub Committee

It was agreed at the International Sub-Committee meeting on 8th December 2002 and ratified by the Fell Pony Council at their meeting on 14th January 2003 that all overseas Fell Pony Society members pay for membership and any other items on their own account with £'s sterling which can either be by Bankers Draft or Travellers' Cheques. Transactions will not be activated until the correct amount has been paid in £'s sterling. Any amount paid in excess will be treated as a donation. and any charges incurred by payments sent by a member to the FPS Lloyds TSB Bank Account No 254896 Code 30-16-28, will be borne by the payee not the Society.

It was also agreed by the Sub Committee and ratified by the Council that all Accounts which have in the past been set up for individual members would not continue as from 1st March 2003 and any remaining money at present in their accounts would be refunded to them by the Society.
This will hopefully save time, effort and money for both the Secretary and the Treasurer and make accounting a lot easier for everyone concerned.
