This year (2004) all micro chipped foals born in 2002 and listed as such in the 2002 Stud Book will receive a £10.00 subsidy from the HBLB Grant. Any foals not listed as such in the 2002 Stud Book but microchipped in their year of birth will receive this subsidy when proof of microchipping on their passport is sent to the Office
